We've been providing professional consulting services to North Carolina's construction industry since 2012. Our Founder, Don Carlow has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. Currently, Mr. Carlow concentrates his practice on providing expert witness testimony on complex construction disputes and schedule delay matters. He has provided written and verbal testimony on hundreds of delay matters throughout the United States.
