Our Founder, Don Carlow has been in the engineering & construction industry for over 33 years. Currently, Mr. Carlow concentrates his practice on providing expert witness testimony on complex construction claims and delay matters. He has provided written and verbal testimony on hundreds of delay matters throughout the United States.
